Hello! I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed camp last week. I didn't even fully appreciate how great all you instructors were, especially with all the different ages, levels, and interests in learning, until after the fact! And being able to play with so many different people and instruments was a really great experience. I played my violin for a wedding just this Saturday, and even though it wasn't bluegrass music, I felt more capable and relaxed about it than I have ever felt when performing/playing for someone, and I really think it's thanks to what I learned at camp! I am definitely hoping to come back next year!

What a wonderful workshop. The grade 4 students were so taken by the whole production. A little history, the construction, then the playing of the flutes. The students enjoyed it all. They couldn't wait to play their very own instruments that they had built themselves. Ian and Gord took their time to see each student to ensure each instrument was in working order. I must say that the teacher's found this to be a very educational and fun workshop as well. The flutes will serve as a tool in different subject areas in our everyday classroom. This is a workshop that we will use again next year. Thank you to the instructors. À la prochaine!

Bonjour Carmen,

Les Bûcherons offer different packages based on your individual needs with varying prices. In order to quote you, I will need to have a better idea of the services that you require i.e. half day, full day, maple syrup or evening performance...

Can you please tell me where or how you heard of Les Bûcherons, it is always a pleasure to know which advertising or person we should reward. Thank you! I also need to know what date you are looking to have Les Bûcherons come to your school, please let me know.

I loved the Lumberjack music camp it was a great experience. I got to learn form some professional players and to play with fellow students of different ages and levels. The food and the sense of family was very relaxing. I would recommend the camp to everyone who wishes to learn and improve their skills and a chance to play with others

The lumberjack music camp is a different experience in life than I think most people are used to. It truly is an immersion in music, learning and fun. Being of an older generation I had the opportunity to play and learn fiddle, and was playing with people so much younger. In past thinking this may be not be the normal way of learning things but I soon learned that open knowledge and willingness of the younger players turned out to be the best thing I could imagine. We worked together as a team. On the learning side, I made a break through in the technical understanding of the structure of music in an informative , hands on way......no doubt ill be back. - Jan

Bonjour!
I remember seeing you guys when I was a child in Prince George. And there is a song that is forever stuck in my head. I have no clue what the words mean, or even if Im spelling them correctly, but it went a little something like this:
"Don deine la ridene ma ta pa a lit ma tout ma tante a lou ma li ma tou ma ta pate a li ma tout ma tante a lou la ridee"
Then you guys would sing it very quickly.
Anyway. Maybe you know the song Im talking about? I would love to know the actual lyrics. Or maybe a video of you preforming it?!
Hope you are having a wonderful day.
